Eid Make Up Look
It feels like just yesterday I filmed some Eid looks on my Youtube channel. I have more I want to film in the future but already a huge amount of videos in the bank waiting for you so I thought I would share a look I wore to a wedding this weekend. Perfect for this time of year and is great for Eid.

Base
Nothing new here so I will skip this part but I talked about my favourite foundation (NARS Sheer Glow in Barcelona) here as well as have a foundation routine on my channel. I did the exact same steps using the Laura Mercier Primer* and Urban Decay Weightless Coverage Concealer. I ended my base with a swoosh of the Maybelline Master Sculpt Kit for a warmth of colour.

Eyes
This is the fun bit. I decided to focus a little bit more on the eyes this time around as opposed to the lips. I started out with a matte shade from the Too Faced Chocolate Palette called Salter Caramel. This adds warmth to the lids which I wanted because my look is more cool toned so I wanted something with a nice transition.

After this, I went on with the Seventeen Rose Quartz all over and in to the crease a little bit. This is such a beautiful shade I cannot begin to describe it to you. I really hope the camera can pick this up. The packaging is utterly rubbish but the formula is so soft and pigmented, I am willing to put up with it.

I need some shimmer in my life so I applied the By Terry Ombre BlackStar in the shade Mystie Rock to the lids of my eyes. This is my go party eye. It brings such a wow factor to the lids I am glad I finally grabbed this. It is a Rose Purple with silver shimmer.

To finish off the look I went in with two newbies in my collection. The new little black liner from Estee Lauder and Too Faced better than Sex Mascara. This is a sneak peak in to a haul video heading your way soon but I was so excited to finally be able to use these two beauties. I am still very new to them both but keep an eye out for more in-depth reviews.

Time to hit the brows. I have spoken at length about my brows so I will keep it short. I like a bold brow and I use the Illamasqua Precision Brow Gel to get it. I have a whole routine here. I like to spend a good few minutes on the brows as I feel it makes a huge difference to how your face is framed.

Cheeks and Lips
On the cheeks, I kept the blush subtle with the Sleek Creme to Powder blush in the shade French Rose and then I amped up the highlighter. I went in with the Mary Lou-Manizer from The balm on the tops and sides of my cheeks as well as the bridge of my nose and upper lips.

To amp it up a little bit I took the Urban Decay Illuminated shimmering powder for face and body. This is festive cheer in a highlighter. I adore it for special occasions.

Time to finish the face off and fix the lips. I decided to keep it light as my dress was rather dark and I like the contrast it can bring. I went in with the Loreal Pure Red lipstick in Eva Red. I have not used this beauty in a while but was excited to bring it back out. It is a great shade for this time of year when the sun is out but it is cold. You can rock a deep winter lip with this too if you wanted to a more brown neutral. Do some swatching on your hand and do you.

That is the complete look. It worked out the way I hoped it would. If you want to see more Eid inspired looks check out previous make up Monday posts as well as my Youtube channel.

Let me know what you think of this look and if you are celebrating Eid next week have a wonderful day with your loved ones.
