As I am writing this I am ill and feeling weak so I am having a no make up day and just slowing things down slightly.
With that in mind, I thought I would change up this weeks make up Monday and making more of a motivational Monday.
Here are some things I like to do when I am not feeling my best.
Adding glow back to my skin
You may notice I have a love for skincare
. When I feel down my skin dries up slightly and feels congested. Keeping up my skincare routine
helps me feel more like myself.
Along with the congested skin comes the dry lip. After being sceptical about the The Body Shop Mango Lip Butter
I have been enjoying using this. It is hydrating without being glossy. Stays on your lips for hours and is perfect under a matte lipstick.
I am not a bath kind of girl. The bath in our house is not the best so I have always been a shower girl. I love a good shower session with my favourite shower products. I am currently in love with the Dove Shampoo and Conditioner
and recently talked about my current scrub of choice.
Catch up on Youtube and blogging
When I am ill, it is usually a sign I need to slow down slightly. So I will do a little bit of blogging but I will spend a good few hours relaxing catching up on my watch later playlist and reading my bloglovin feed. I hardly make time to read my feed. It helps feels rejuvenated and re-inspired
