Blog and Vlogs of the week
In the Kit bag with Val Garland - Sali Hughes (I mean, who would not want to snoop in Val Garlands kit? all sorts of amazingness)
Things that make me cry - Ingrid Nilsen (Crying does not always been sadness)
Where to buy Pretty Stationary - Dizzy Brunette (Stationery lovers heaven)
This week has been a bit of whirlwind. We had bank holiday Monday so I spent the day with my best friend in Leeds. Leeds has become one of my favourite places in the UK. The architecture is amazing. We stayed in the city centre, doing some shopping and catching up. While I was there, I made a stop at a Kiko Store. I have been wanting to visit Kiko store for such a long time and was like a kid in a candy store. I have a haul and first impressions of the bits I picked up next week on the channel so keep an eye out for that. (Sneak peak - there are lip liner galore)
As for the rest of the week Tuesday - Friday, I was just busy working and just trying back on track after a three day week. For some reason the late nights of the weekend caught up with me (I am usually in bed at half 10).
On Wednesday, I went for a family meal with my cousins, my uncle and aunt, with my Father. I had such a great time. We do not really get to hang out together as often as we would like all together just laid back not having to worry about anything and it was really refreshing. I want to do it again.
Come Friday we had a dinner organised by my aunt. It was a nice evening full of wonderful food from Chicken to Burmese food.
Every weekend there has been some form of social event recently which exhausts the introvert in me but for the first time in a while I have the Sunday to just stay at home and do the bits of bobs that I need to get done.
The past weeks, I have not had a chance to catch up with my friends so that is on the Agenda somehow this week.
How has your week been?
