Review | Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Treatment

I had been wanting to try a new hair oil for the longest time. I like trying new products out and I had been using my previous one for the longest time.

Having herd a lot about the new hair offerings from Dove, I knew I had to give the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil a go.

The Dove Dry care hair oil is for all hair types. You apply it on damp hair after your bath or shower. Filled with African Macadamia oil, it is designed to leave your hair feeling healthy and nourished.

I take just two small pumps and apply it to the ends of my hair keeping it away from my roots. I have quite thick medium length hair so a little goes a very long way.

I've been using this for the past month and have to say it is like using an elixir on my hair. I am always amazed at how soft and silky smooth my hair feels after using this.

My hair feels healthy, full, smooth to touch, making me forget it can be dry and frizzy which is something I worry about with some hair oils. I have the one for all hair types but the oil comes in a couple of formulas if you have certain hair concerns.

One thing I HAVE to is the packaging. The oil comes in a stunning golden glass bottle with a nice sized pump it is reminiscent of some higher end hair oils and works and smells just like them. I will admit it is not perfect for travelling but you can decant it in a small travel bottle if you are planning to go on a adventure.

It retails for £9.99 which for hair oils is a great price. Boots and Superdrug usually have offers so you can grab this at £5:99 if you keep an eye out.

Have you tried anything from the New hair range at Dove? I have my eyes on their new shampoo and conditioner.

Lots of love
