Wow, I have so much to say this week first of all, IT IS THE LAST WEEK OF 2014. That is so surreal, I have no idea where this year has gone. A lot of happened, some good, some bad but overall I am feeling quite lucky to be in a position I am in. Many people around the world have it much worse.

Secondly, Happy Holidays to everyone who celebrated, I hope you all had an incredible day with your loved ones. Let me know how you spent your day, I am always interested in the little traditions families have.

This week was a bit of a whirlwind. I finished work for the holidays. I am really pleased to have the time off. I was able to film a video early and I am going to be doing some blog planning. I spent most of the week visiting the hospital as someone very close to me was taken about a week ago today. It opened my eyes to how lonely people can become as on Christmas day. Many patients were on their own. A big thank you to everyone in the National Health Service who was working this week. The way you tried to make it special for those in your care made me smile.

Hospitals aside, I have spent a lot of time with family and catching up on films I needed to see with my Dad. We watched Thor -The Dark World and Noah together. I also finally watched Frozen, yes finally. I must be the only person who has wanted to see to not see it. It didn't disappoint at all, I really enjoyed it and spent the rest of the day singing 'Do You Want To Build A Snowman'.

And that has pretty much been my week. I have until after the New Year off which I am happy about. I get to concentrate on my blog and my home. Side note: Anyone else feel like they have become a homebody as they grow up? I use to hate doing things like cleaning and cooking. Now, I am really looking forward to being able to cook. (Who am I and what I have done with the real Nafisah?!)

Anyway, I hope you all have a fabulous day and week. Here is too a wonderful 2015!

Lots of love
