Review | Origins Drink up Intense mask

Hey there beauties, I know we are heading in to spring, and the weather is looking up but at the beginning of the month my skin was on the dehydrated side and I needed to do something about it.

Enter a trip to boots in Manchester (My favourite boots to go too near me) and I was strolling the Origins counter when I came across a travel size of their famous Over night Drink up Intense Mask. I say travel size but it is quite a generous amount. I had herd a lot about it as it is one of the brands most talked about products. Origins are known for their masks  so I had high hopes for this.

I use this three sometimes four times a week at the end of my evening skincare routine in place of my night cream. The first thing I noticed was how my skin lapped it up. As soon as I applied it on my face it soaked it up. My skin felt instantly hydrated.

The more I used it, the more I saw the other effects, of the mask. My face felt smoother, looked brighter, felt plumper and the tightness that dehydrated skin can cause disappeared.

My skin feels stronger due to the special ingredient of Japanease Seaweed which is added in to the mask to help repair skin and create a barrier on your face.

I have to admit, the one reason I was hesitant to use this was due to having to wear it overnight. Before this, I had never used an overnight mask but as this is clear and absorbs straight in to your skin I had nothing to worry about. I didn't wake up with a film on my face or any greasiness that you may expect.

For those of you suffering from dehydrated skin and wanting to try a mask or a product that will make you feel happier you can find this mask on all Origins Counters or on the Origins website. The fullsize of this retails at £22 but if you just want to try it out and or don't want to spend that much the miniature version costs just £11

Have you tried any of Origins famous masks?

Lots of love
