Hello there beauties, it has been a while since I spoke about ways to save your pennies. As a blogger I love to shop and find new things but as I am still in the early parts of my career I have pennies that need saving. I know many of you are in the same situation so here are some of the tricks and tips I've learnt since the last time I did one of these posts (which I think was last September)
Sign up to your favourite online sites - just like you subscribe to your favourite blog, do the same with our favourite online shopping sites. Most websites such as Origins, Michael Todds, Sleek and more. This may seem like a marketing gimmick (it is a freest marketing took) but you receive regularr emails with special offers, exclusive offers, notices of new launches and more. You can save a small fortune in keeping up to date with these special offers.
My Beauty Compare - This is a
website where you can compare prices on a particular product telling you the cheapest places you can buy them. What I really like about this site is that it shows you the shipping costs up front. This may sound silly but it saves you from having to double check the shopping costs on sites (which can be hard to find) This site helps you from feeling cheated because you didn't realise there was a delivery charge.
Keep a list- love making lists and I feel like personally helps me in the sense I can remember what products I wanted to try and what to keep an eye out for in the sales. It goes along with my next point.
Prioritise - I obviously like make up and spending money on make up compared to other things. Everyone is different and I don't think there is a right or wrong way to prioritise your money (aside from food and shelter) it is yours to spend on what you wish. Just make a list of the things you need and the added extras for example I need a haircut so that means this moth I may have to cut back on buying the NudeTude palette for example.
Twitter - Most of my favourite beauty and fashion brands are on twitter. Follow the places you regularly go too as you will become more aware of any sales or offers they may have. From time to time they may do special twitter offers too so it is worth looking too.
Hope you all found this useful and let me know how you save money.
Lots of love
