Happy Friday! If you live in the UK you will know that winter has pretty much already hit. The days are dark and cold. Personally, I love winter, nothing beats coming home after a busy, getting in your comfys and sitting by the heater with a cup of tea.
I haven't showed you some recipes that I have been loving for a while so I thought I would share them with you. They are perfect for cold dreary days where you want to indulge a little bit.
Sorted Food with Fleur De Force - Peach Frangipane
I love the idea of mug cakes - admittedly still a little bit lazy to actually make up as much as I would like but hey ho still love them. Sorted Food have a variety of them which look amazing. This one is their latest one and I have to say excluding the brandy (as I do not drink) this looks really yummy.
Deliciously Eliza - Sweet Potato Brownie
Brownies are amazing no one will deny that (unless you don't like chocolate for some insane reason) Add the sweet potato means you add nutrients to your body that you require! Smart huh? who knew eating a brownie could be good for you? ;)
Sorted Food Vegetarian Tortila Lasagne
This combines three of my favourite things, spinach, lasagne and mushrooms. Perfectly after a busy day as it doesn't take long to make. Extremely satisfyingly indulgent it is the perfect winter food.
There you have it. Some of my favourite things to have during winter. I cannot wait to make them especially the mug cake. Make In Chelsea indulgent snack anyone?
Lots of love
