Happy Fridays my beauties. How are you all? I realised that it has been a long time since I have shared with you my cookbook wish list. My wanting to cook hasn't died down and I've been finding myself in the book isles at Sainsburys and Morrisons lusting after theses in particular.
The honest Life by Jessica Alba
Ok, so this is not strictly a 'cookbook' but an over all lifestyle book. It's been on my list for the longest and the cooking section is one that I am intrigued in. I follow the beautiful Jessica Alba on Instagram and she always seems to eat the most amazing food and cook the most amazing meals.
Honestly Healthy by Natasha Corret and Vicki Egson
Those of you who do not know me in real life may not know this but I suffer from having high acid in my stomach. This means I have to watch what I eat a little bit more than I am use too. It's been proving to be a bit challenging but I have been doing some research and this book seems right up my street! It is filled with yummy stomach friendly meals full of nutrition and taste.
It's all good by Gwyneth Palthrow
No I do not aspire to be Gwyneth Palthrow although she does have the most amazing body. What intrigues me is her zest for life. She is always bursting with energy and that generally comes from the food you eat. I've been lacking in energy lately so I would like to think this may help.
You can get all of these books from major bookstores and Amazon.
Have you got a cookbook or recipes you have been wanting to try?
