Happy Wednesday! hope you are well! I cannot believe we are nearly 3/4 in to the year. I know people say this all the time but where has the time gone? Anyway it is that time of the month where I show you some of my favourite things from the month. Hope you enjoy!

Beauty Favourites

Urban Decay Half Baked

August has seen me go to a lot of weddings which I loved. It means I got to change up my make up and do myself up a bit. This shade comes in both Naked Palettes and is absolutely beautiful. Half baked is a really nice gold toned shade. It opens your eyes and adds a bit of daytime glam to your outfit.

If you regularly read my blog it is no secret that I am a lipstick obsessive. Bold lipsticks are my favourite and this month I have been wearing Pom Pom by Soap & Glory the majority of time I wore lipstick. It is a great pink shade, bold but still very much wearable. I did a full review here if you are interested.

As you may know I am a bit of an eye liner newbie. Due to endless weddings I've been applying eyeliner on my lids to add to the look a little bit more than I am use too. This offering is perfect if you are just starting out using liner and even if you know what you are doing with eye liner it is still worth trying out. It is really easy to use and you can build it up to create a thick line or keep it thin. Incase you missed it, I reviewed it, here.

I've been using up my mascara stash recently. (I have 3 open ooops) The one I be been loving is Benefit They're real. It gives my lashes volume and length. One of the things I really like about this is that the wand is easy to use. I can be quite tricky to please when it comes to mascara wands and this one makes the product easy to apply.

Non Beauty Favourites

Jelly Beans

Yes they are sweets and therefore pretty much unhealthy but I cannot help it. These sweets are pretty amazing. I prefer the original jelly beans from Holland and Barretts. As far as sweets go you could eat a lot worse. I keep a small amount in my bag incase I get hungry.

Another Holland & Barretts find. I treat this like fruit. I cannot just eat one piece. I have to have at least a handful. I keep this packet in my bag so I don't get hungry. It is so soft and yummy. It is also made from natural fruits.

My Aunty gave me this at the beginning of this month. I love Gossip Girl and was a huge fan of the show. I've been watching it from it beginning. I have to say how obvious was it who the real Gossip Girl was? Seriously cannot believe I didn't realise it sooner!
