Skincare Sunday - Antioxidents

Hello lovely ladies, as I mentioned before I have been doing a fair bit of research in things that are good for your skin.

I am a firm believer in eating well will help you, your skin and give you some extra confidence. One of the most common things that have recently been talked about is Dark Chocolate and the link to it being an antioxidents.

Here is the thing, how many of us actually know what antioxdients are and how good it is for us. So I decided to sit at my laptop and do some research and thought I would share it with you.

Before I start I just want to say that I am not a nutritionist and what I learnt is my understanding of the research I've found.

In a nutshell antioxidents are simply vitimins and minerals which are found in foods (more on that further down) They are high in vitmins such as Vitimin A and Vitimin C.

Not only does this help your skin look and feel it best but it also helps in preventing diseases such as cancer, heart disease and arthritis to name a few.

So, how can you make sure you add some in to your diet? try eating some of these from time to time.

Eating foods that are rich in greens, like brocolli and fruits like berries and grapes and even very dark chocolate will not only be good for your insides but you will be able to see the results on your skin too!

So there you have it, all the main bits you need to know about antioxidents. I've only scratched the surface so do some extra research if you want to know more.
