Food Friday - Oh So Chocolate.

Hey ladies, hope friday is treating you well. Today, I have something to share with you that I think most of you will love.

Read this: Chocolate is not bad for you. Ok, let me rephrase that Dark Chocolate is good for you. I am not saying that it is something to have everyday but a a bar a couple of times a week or a couple of chunks a day is actually good for you.

Dark Chocolate has the most natural coco in it (the higher the coco content the better) so it give your body the anti-oxidents in needs for your skin as well as helping out your endorphins.

This is where my new treat  comes in. I saw this on Carly Rowena's channel and decided to give it a try as I like dark chocolate.

Oh So Chocolate is a brand that claims  it chocolate has more probiotics in that it's yoghurt counterparts meaning it is light and good for your digestion. It is also gluten and wheat free so if you have to watch those this is a good tasty option to try out.

When I brought it, I could not wait to try it, as a chocolate lover it is great. I have to also mention that if you usually eat a bar of chocolate and feel bloated this leaves you feeling fresh and bloat free.

It is smaller that most bars of chocolate but that just means it is easier to eat enough to satisfy my chocolate cravings as I don't get them often and when I do I only need to a small bar to satisfy it :).
