I am a bit of a mascara novice. Up until about a year ago, it was something I would only wear on special occasions when I felt the need to wear a little more make up. Now though it is an everyday stable make up item.
I only used one mascara before which was the Rimmel day to night mascara. I liked it but I wanted to try something new. So I read up on blogs about mascaras to decide which one I wanted to try.
I was looking to see if I could get Benefit real mascara. When I was at superdrug I met one of my close friends who is a make up artist and she recommended this mascara to me.
I cannot thank her enough! seriously this mascara does wonders for your lashes . I didn't expect to like it as much as I do. When I first saw it I wasn't in to the packaging and when I saw the mascara wand it is bigger than I expected it be.
I will first say if you are not use to a big mascara wand then it can go on to your eye lid which can be pain but I didn't mind as it comes off really easily with a dab of water and it is really to get use too.
The mascara is really easy to use, I found it applies really easily and it isn't clumpy. It does exactly what you want a mascara to do, it lengthens and adds a lot of volume to your lashes. It has such an effective that when I was at the origins counter the other day the lady said she couldn't stop looking at my lashes!
